Returns & Exchanges

  • You may request a return/exchange within 14 days of receiving your order (unless stated otherwise on the product page).
  • Items must be in original condition, unused, with all accessories, original packaging, and invoice/receipt.
  • Coffee beans, crops, and consumables: returns are not accepted if the package has been opened or used, to ensure quality and safety.
  • Coffee equipment: returns are accepted if the item is unused, undamaged, and complete with all contents.
Note: If there is a manufacturing defect or damage upon delivery, please contact us within 48 hours and provide photos/videos of the item and packaging.

Delivery

  • Delivery within Kuwait typically takes 1–3 business days, depending on area and product availability.
  • Delivery fees are shown at checkout (fees may vary based on area/weight).
  • During peak seasons and promotions, minor delays may occur. We will keep you updated if anything changes.
  • Please ensure your address and phone number are correct to avoid delivery delays.
Order tracking: Once your order is prepared, delivery/tracking details (if available) will be shared using your registered contact information.
